He is passionate about enabling teams to deliver games that resonate with players and bring unique experiences to life.
Satch has led both small, focused teams and large, multi-disciplinary groups of 80+, guiding them from early concept through launch and live service. He served as Lead Producer on Ara: History Untold, coordinating with Xbox Games Publishing. Currently he is working on Ashes of the Singularity 2.
Before Oxide, Satch worked in the software industry as a product owner and leading development in the eCommerce and healthcare sectors.
