Adeola Ajani is a social impact leader and Founder of Fem Equity, a digital platform closing the racial and gender pay gap. Adeola’s mission was born from her own experience facing pay inequity in finance, which inspired her to build a platform that combines community, data, and advocacy to advance fair pay globally.

She is also the creator of the BLK Women Equal Pay Day Conference, empowering Black women professionals to advocate for themselves and build wealth.
