With an M.Ed. in Learning and Technology, Michaela leverages her background in Digital Media and Career & Technology Education into esports leadership. Formerly the Director of Texas Scholastic Esports Federation, she helped build K-12 esports and techEd programs, and, as a Program Manager for the Esports Trade Association, she helped business professionals leverage esports in their organizations. She now consults on utilizing esports and technology for learning and professional development.
